- Embroidery Logo: Keep it Simple! Use solid shapes and colors only. Clean designs with bold lines and text work best for Embroidered. Don't include photographic images, gradients, fade or blend effects. Elements Like These Cannot be Embroidered.If Your Design Doesn'T Meet Our Guidelines, We Can'T Guarantee Desirable Results.
- Use Solid Shapes And Colors Only: Gradients wont work because we cant transition from one color thread to another.
- Text too small, lines too thin: Avoid using very small letters because the embroidered text might not be legible. Keep the text at least 0.25'' in height and at least 0.05'' thick.
- Photographic images: Its not possible to embroider photographic images as they are. Photographic images have to be recreated to include solid shapes and colors.
- Use Transparent Backgrounds: Graphics Should Include Transparent Backgrounds. Elements Outside The Main Design Will Be Picked Up And Result In Unwanted Embroidery Stitches On The End Product.
How to Order
1. Choose Color.
2. Choose Style: Baseball Cap / Bucket Hat / Denim Hat / Mesh Hat / Snapback / Trucker Hat.
3. Click Customize Nowyellow tab, Customize with prompts.
Head circumference: 2123 (53.3 cm60.6 cm). It is best to measure your hat from home that fits well and compare it to our measurements.
